Research Interests

Aquatic Ecology - I am interested in problems associated with analysis of benthic-community data. In particular how the dimensionality of benthic data sets can be reduced while increasing the power to detect pollution impacts.

Life History Theory - Genetically explicit, individual based models are used to investigate the effects of ecological processes such as density dependent mortality and growth upon the evolution of life history traits and the variance/covariance of the genetic structure of the population.
